Our Process
Design and Development
Perhaps you already know exactly what kind of product you want to order—just place your order directly. If you need to make a few samples first to see the results, that's no problem; we can arrange that. Or, if you only have a general idea, share it with us, and we’ll offer suggestions and help you refine it.
Material Sourcing
We can strictly adhere to the materials you specify for procurement, and will only proceed to the next stage once the raw materials pass inspection. We can also recommend suitable materials based on your budget and provide reasonable solutions; many of our clients do exactly this.
Manufacturing
Once everything is ready, we will begin production. A detailed production process document is essential. Additionally, we will prepare all samples with detailed annotations, including color swatches, fabric samples, pre-production samples, lace, buttons, zippers, labels, tags, and other materials. Only thorough preparation in the initial stages can ensure smooth production later on.
Quality Control
Even with meticulous preparation, it's hard to guarantee that no issues will arise during production. Rest assured, our professional QC team will oversee every step of the production process, promptly address any issues, and ensure product quality and production schedule are maintained.
Packaging and Shipping
Once everything passes inspection, we can either contact your designated freight forwarder to arrange shipping and booking or arrange for our professional team to deliver the goods directly to your warehouse.
